This morning we're continuing on in the rapture series by explaining the remaining churches mentioned in Revelation.  More to come, stay tuned!

It's been over a year but I'm back preaching just not full time.  Today I started a series that will probably span 7-8 weeks but due to work will not be consecutive weeks.  But I wanted to speak on whether or not we're in the end times and what exactly does that mean, especially to believers.  Over this series you'll hear me touch on subjects that many are either scared to touch or refused to speak of.  My hope is that it will be edifying to all that hear it and hopefully give hope to those in need of it.  Some of these up be updated from lessons I taught 7 or 8 years ago that are even more relevant today.  Buckle up!

Boy has it been a long time, for the first time in 3 years I was back in a pulpit yesterday.  I have done a terrible job maintaining the website since the last time I preached.  There's a lot that has gone on in the last 2 years and I have a lot to say about it.  Work and home life keeps me extremely busy but I'm going to try to make more of an effort to post to the blog here.  As far as preaching going forward, there's right now a few congregations that want me to come.  My plan as of now unless The Lord changes it, is to go old school and work my way around to different congregations.  Visiting each one maybe once every 6 weeks or so.  God Bless, stay tuned and be looking up.  Jesus is coming soon!!

From time to time when something comes to my I grab my phone and hit record. The other I started looking back over the recordings I had saved, I came across this one and felt I had to it. FYI it’s from 4 years ago and don’t mind the birds, I was going for one of my walks on the farm when this hit me.

Yesterday I started preaching a revival and what I'm speaking about this week is the Seven Churches of Revelation.  In chapters 2 and 3 of Revelation Jesus speaks of 7 churches, through these 7 churches that are spoken of we can see 7 different time periods throughout the history of the church.  Remember there were more than 7 churches when Apostle John received this revelation from the Lord, which shows us there is a deeper meaning that is in these scriptures.  This week I will teach on each one and what they represent, yesterday and last night as well as tonight is more or less my introduction into the 7.  These messages lay the groundwork to able to see the lessons that will be taught on the 7, once this revival concludes you should have a greater understanding to why the church is in the condition it's in. NOT all congregations are the congregations of Philadelphia.  I will post each sermon here in this blog as well as in the Sermons tab.  "He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches".

Is Jesus first?  Yesterday I had planned to preach a message I had preached before, talking about what our priorities are and where Jesus fits into our priorities.  As I was preaching the Lord somewhat took me away from my notes, the message at its core never changed but the words and examples sure did.  It's amazing how His Spirit works, I could preach the same message to five different congregations and end up with five different messages but all with the same meaning.  He knows what words and examples to use to the one's hearing the message.   I decided to add yesterday's message.  God Bless.

There are many that profess to be disciples of Jesus of Nazareth, yet their actions and beliefs contradict the Word of God.  So if one's belief contradicts the Bible then where did their belief come from, after all their Christians.  I've talked to many people who call themselves Christians yet beliefs they have contradict the scriptures and when it's pointed out to them the response is "that's what you believe, I believe something else".  My question is "where then does your belief come from?".  Man made teachings have filled the Church and so many have been lead astray, and yes, you can be lead astray.  Jesus, God Himself, warns us in John 16:1.  While many may believe in Jesus, He tells us our faith requires more if we wish to enter His Kingdom, that many that believe in Him will not enter.  Knowing these things one must make sure that their belief is in the scriptures and not in man made teachings.  I revisited What Do You Believe, talking about false prophets and teachers.  The bottom line is we must take the whole Bible for what is says and not try to find ways out of being obedient to Jesus.

I was grateful to receive an opportunity to speak again this past Lord's Day and have uploaded that message in the Sermons section.  Also I wanted to share that myself and a fellow evangelist and dear friend will be starting a podcast here soon, as soon as we figure out how, haha.  In the meantime we may just record and upload on to this site until we're able to setup the podcast and have available for iphones and possibly android devices, and of course there will be no fee.  He and I meet regularly for prayer and discuss topics of the church and of scripture; the apostasy that's in full swing and what each one of us is being lead to do by The Lord.  This is what you can expect from the podcast, if any of you have any specific topics you would like us to discuss feel free to email me through the Contact section or comment on this Blog entry.  Lord willing we'll have it up and running soon, thank you for continuing to visit the site, as always all glory and praise goes to Our Lord Jesus Christ.  God Bless.

I have added the first lesson and you can access the lesson by the new tab added to the heading.  The lesson as I mentioned before is about John Calvin, as you'll see as I go along it brings up topics that could/should be future lessons.  I'll go back and listen and write down those topics and will look to add those lessons in the future, so listen and feel free to comment.  By the way, I was drinking my morning coffee and the microphone picked it up, sorry!

I'm finishing up a lesson that I hope to have posted by the end of the week.  The lesson is dealing in the teachings of John Calvin, many denominations and non-denominations hold to at least some of John Calvin's teachings and I thought it was important to give a lesson on these teachings.  In the end the ONLY teachings that should exist in congregations today are the teachings of the Apostles(Acts 2:42), these are the teachings that came from Jesus, not from men.  See when men and now today, women create teachings not only is it not biblical and scriptural to do so but it leads to traditions.  The biggest problem with traditions is they can and most often do lead to apostasy, the traditions become worshiped and become precedent over the Word of God that is supposed to be our guide.  Does any of that sound familiar?  I hope so, that means you're reading the Bible, it's the very thing that Jesus condemned the Pharisees for in Matthew 15:1-9.  Congregations today have become so stiff necked that they've become Pharisees and teach their traditions as if they're doctrine and set aside the commandments of God.  So many say they want revival; revival in the Church, revival in our country, it won't happen if we continue to resist Our Lord.  If we want revival then we need to allow Jesus in our congregations, stop being synagogues of Satan and be an actual congregation within the Body of Christ and if we want revival in our country then we have to stop allowing evil to rule over us.  This isn't Rome, although Rome still exists and is ruling over us, the difference between the 1st century church and us is by LAW(The Founding Documents of this Nation) we are free and have liberty, by LAW(The Declaration of Independence, July 4, 1776; The Articles of Confederation of November 15, 1777; Northwest Ordinance of July 13, 1787; Constitution of September 17, 1787)  we are permitted to overthrow our government, these are things that the 1st century church didn't have.  If we have freedom we should never enslave ourselves to man( 1st Corinthians 7:23).  That's all for now before I go into a sermon, stay tuned, the lesson will be coming shortly and as always feel free to drop a comment.
